We are pleased to announce that we have invested in ScanTech AI Systems Inc. (\u201cScanTech AI\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d) (Nasdaq: STAI)<\/strong>, a developer of advanced AI-powered security screening and imaging systems. ScanTech AI today announced it has entered into a Purchase Agreement establishing an equity line of credit (\u201cSynthetic ATM\u201d) of up to USD 50 million with ARC Group International Ltd. (\u201cARC\u201d), a global financial services firm.<\/p>\n

The Synthetic ATM, following registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of the shares to be issued under the facility, is expected to provide ScanTech AI with flexible, long-term growth capital to fund research and development, commercialization of its SENTINEL™ AI threat detection platform, and continued progress toward regaining Nasdaq compliance.<\/p>\n

We have also committed to an initial USD 500,000 PIPE equity investment, signaling our immediate confidence in the Company\u2019s technology and long-term strategy.<\/p>\n

The financing structure provides ScanTech AI with both immediate capital and the flexibility to access additional funding as needed to support its global expansion and product deployment roadmap. It positions the Company to accelerate the rollout of its AI-driven security platforms, strengthen its capital position, and advance toward its 2026 regulatory and commercialization milestones.<\/p>\n
